We guarantee everything we make! If for any reason you are not satisfied with an OXO product, return it for replacement or refund. Please contact OXO's customer service department and we will be happy to assist you.

Return Policy

Flawed or Defective Product

If your product has a material or workmanship flaw, you may return it within two years of its manufacture date. To find the manufacture date, check the label inside of the product.

Return Information

Your return will be processed within 2 business days of receipt at our warehouse, and a refund will be issued in the form of your original payment method.

Return & Exchange Details

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached and you’ll have to present a valid receipt.

Please note that orders purchased via PayPal will only be eligible for a refund if you send your items back to our distribution centre. You will receive your refund through your original form of payment. If you return your items in store, we can process an exchange or issue you a merchandise credit.

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items that were purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto a gift card. Nice and simple.
